Sayerlack White Polyurethane Primer (A + B)
TU0276/13 is a white pigmented primer for flat parts and profiles which exhibits a good hiding power also on sharp edges, a good vertical hold and excellent sandability. It has been designed to reduce solvents emissions during application. Even at very low application weights it is able to achieve the same build as conventional Polyurethane primers.

Sayerlack Black Polyurethane Primer (A + B)
TU0276/XX is a general purpose pigmented basecoat for flat parts and profiles which exhibits good hiding power even on sharp edges, a good vertical hold when applied by fixed guns, and excellent sandability.

Sayerlack High Build Basecoat (A + B)
TU0137/00 gives good vertical hold and an excellent pore wetting. It also exhibits a very good build and very easy sanding both manually and by machine. It has been expressly designed to reduce solvents emissions during application. Even at very low application weights (lower than 80 g/m2) it is able to achieve the same build as conventional Polyurethane basecoats.
TZ64**
Sayerlack High Build Polyurethane Lacquer (A + B)
TZ64**/00 is a clear topcoat with a high filling power with even matting. It is recommended when a reduction in solvent emissions is desired. The lacquer + hardener blend is ready to use and is sprayed without thinning in order to obtain a high build result. Applying a weight of 20-30% lower than conventional products, a further reduction in solvent emissions can be achieved.

Sayerlack Fast Dry Coat on Coat Polyurethane Lacquer
Fast dry self sealing polyurethane lacquer with good resistance to domestic detergents and foodstuffs which can be stacked in 1 – 2 hours with the correct hardener. It can also form a finish in 1 coat with the appropriate denibbing stain.

Sayerlack “Wet Look” High Gloss Polyurethane Lacquer
Offering a harder surface than other gloss lacquers, this fast drying lacquer is suitable for situations requiring good scratch resistance (e.g. tabletops) or fast drying (picture frames, panels, etc.) along with the option of buffing and polishing.

DT040 is a thinner for polyurethane coatings exhibiting medium-slow drying speed, which ensures excellent drying of the products thinned and improves their final appearance after drying.

Sayerlack Slow Thinner / Additive
More than a thinner, it is to be considered as an additive to be added in small percentages to the coating (after normal dilution with the recommended thinner) in order to obtain a better expansion and film formation and to eliminate defects such as pinholes, blooming, overspray, etc.

The blend of solvents used in its formulation enables a perfect dilatation and film formation even with hot weather without slowing down drying speed too much.

Sayerlack Fast Thinner
Manufactured with top quality raw materials and an excellent balance of components ensures a regular evaporation curve. After DT004, DT1150 is the thinner which reduces the viscosity of polyurethane coatings the most and at the same time increasing their pot-life.
